Water Damage Restoration I had a tree fall on my house back in June 2020 which caused major damage to the back of my home. I called several contractor's but I wasn't pleased with their assessment. I then came across Legacy Construction and they were great from the start. I spoke to Mrs. Diane on the phone and she was great, she gathered a lot of information from me and told me that I was in good hands and informed me that Gary the project manager will be contacting me shortly. After speaking to Gary he explained to me the first thing that needed to be done is the property needed to be tarped asap because the home is being exposed to water which is causing further damage and causing mold to building up because water has been coming into the property for almost two months. Gary informed me step by step room by room what damages the tree caused and how he was going to fix the water damages and the damages done to the frame of the home. After speaking to Gary I was sold and stopped looking for a contractor to fix my house. I would definitely recommend Legacy Construction to anybody that needs work done to their home. Their customer service and workmanship is great I would highly recommend.

They did high quality work in repairing an unusual problem that other contractors were not eager to perform. Gary was very helpful in suggesting various options to allow future cleaning of the drier vent and ducts, and updated the project estimates so that I would know the cost of each option. The cost was higher than other estimates, but the quality of their work and the customer service was definitely worth the price. I would highly recommend them and would work with them in the future. All aspects of the work turned out beautifully. They even called the next day to ensure we were completely satisfied with the completed project, and that the exterior door had no additional problems sticking or latching. Drywall, Electrician, Picture Framing, Lighting, Plumbing, Remodeling, Architect, Home Remodeling, Interior Painters From the beginning, I signed Legacy because they were highly responsive, modern, transparent, and logical. This remained true throughout the course of the project, and I’m extremely glad that I chose them. Some general said “a battle plan rarely survives first contact with the enemy”. Mike Tyson said “everybody has a plan til they get punched in the mouth”. The estimate was detailed and reasonable, but when they opened up my old house and found some unexpected conditions - THAT’S when Legacy really proved their worth, by being up-front and transparent, bringing in the right skilled trades to suggest options, and then allowing me to make informed decisions, and charging me a very fair price for the changes. Thanks to Diane’s frequent and clear updates, I always felt in control of my budget, never rushed or railroaded. Thanks to Gary’s patience, experience, and clear communication, I actually learned quite a lot and fully understood the choices I was making with respect to short-term value, safety, and long-term investment in my home. From beginning to end, I had a fantastic experience, and I plan to use them on any (and every) future project! Decks Slight delay but that was due to the difficulty in getting the materials, not the fault of the contractor. When everything was finally available, they were able to finish the job in one day. They were very good at getting things done and left the sight very clean, taking away all the trash so I didn’t have to be bothered with it. Description of Work: My wooden porch tongue and groove decking started to buckle due to rain and snow. Then I heard from Legacy Constrution, they were a great choice for the job, polite, timely, and came up with a quote that I was satisfied with.
